A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Welcome to my page. I am Judy Borrell. I work for Archwell Health and founded this webpage because of one reason: YOU! I love helping others and in founding this page I hope to do just that. I wanted to have a space that I could build and share with others, whether it be for health, wellness, insurance or guidance our mission is to empower seniors to live fulfilling lives with dignity and independence through compassionate care and supportive services.” I am hoping this page can be a huge resource for that. That being said here is a little background about my experience. I started my career working for an insurance carrier specializing in products for the Senior population over 30 years ago.
While I enjoyed my work with the insurance carrier, I wanted to use my skill set for another purpose. I found ArchWell Health who offer primary care to adults aged 60 and over with Medicare Advantage plans. ArchWell Health puts the Senior at the center of their care and values building a strong provider-member relationship. My extensive background allows me the opportunity to collaborate with Seniors in a different, more holistic way to ensure they have the best provider to meet their health care needs along with addressing any other issues they may be experiencing. Our members are truly a part of the ArchWell Health community.
How We Can Help:
Collaboration
Collaborate with individual seniors and groups in their homes, senior centers, houses of worship, and other community gathering places to discuss and review their primary care physician needs.
Healthcare Assist
Cultivate relationships with individual health plan agents, independent brokers, social workers, case workers, senior housing managers, senior centers, and related community providers to assist in navigating the senior healthcare landscape.
Customer Service
Maintain relationships with seniors beyond initial discussions and meetings to provide on-going customer service for both provider and insurance questions or issues.
